Back with a lens review and they are another pair of bright and unnatural lenses! It's been quite a while since I had lenses from I.Fairy and I missed the crazier lenses.
The photos are all taken indoor, under artificial light. I am still in the winter months so the lighting isn't the best and it's quite difficult to get proper natural lighting shots so those will need to be put on hold for the meantime. However, for this review all colors are accurate and there was no distortion :)

The lenses itself are really pretty but personally, I'm not much of a fan of them when worn on myself. The design somewhat is like a sunflower and are obviously not natural and there is no blending, but rather solid with bold lines. As for the color, it is truly pretty! Though they are stated as grey, it's a gorgeous shade of aqua with hints of grey and you can see that in the photos above.

If the design was a bit different but kept the exact colors, I probably would've liked them so much more. Of course, this is just my opinion of them. They aren't something I would wear unless I was going to cosplay or something along those lines. If anything though, I think I'd prefer this design in darker colors.

ReplyDeleteI totally agree with your opinion of the design. The color is so pretty(and so not grey) but the design could be improved. I don't understand why circle lens companies make such gigantic pupil holes. Its so frustrating. These do look beautiful on you though!I think you pull them off well.

They are a bit difficult to pull off, as they are so bright and bold. And yes, very large as well :X They get bigger all the time!!! haha I think the largest I've seen was 18mm.. and those aren't even sclera lenses :O

And yeah, it's hard to look for lenses that are higher in prescription, and because you want gold that is even more difficult since there isn't much variety in that color either :C But the ones you got are pretty! They are quite light.. but maybe not gold enough for you :/

Thank you! And yes, they do look blue.. and are!! More so than grey x) And you know, many company label lenses as big diameters but I don't think they are actually that big O.o I should measure them myself haha but they didn't dry out my eyes any more or less than the regular sized lenses. It may be due to the fact that the water content is higher :)
